Healthdex is an app that makes sense of all your health data into one organized and secure place. When you experience a health concern, just bring your phone and access all your health records like lab results, prescriptions, x-ray results, and vaccination records.

We use a HIPAA compliant platform to store your records. We also encrypt your records before storing your data to make sure only you have access to your health information.

With Healthdex, all health records are categorized based on type and you can view your records on a chronological manner (timeline layout), with the most recent records found at the uppermost part of the list.

You can upload several types of records, including:

1. Vaccinations
2. Consultations - For doctor prescriptions and certifications
3. Lab Tests - For bloodwork, kidney tests, X-Ray results
4. Procedures - For home care instructions, prescriptions
5. Symptoms - To track your mood and any symptom your feeling at the moment

You can share your records to anyone including your doctors, nurses, therapists, family members, caregivers, and friends.

You can easily share your records through our Share Records feature:

1. Search for the records you want to share.
2. Select if you want to include your health profile (this includes your personal information, contact details, and health history).
3. Add in a recipient's email address.

The recipient should be able to receive your records instantly.
